SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

June 1, 2010 - Special General Meeting was held at the Amherst Fire Hall at 7pm

The Executive was elected for the season, effective until June 1, 2011 in accordance with the By-Laws.


EXECUTIVE MEETINGS

June 3, 2010    - Executive meeting was held at the Amherst Stadium under newly elected Board of Directors at 7pm. 

June 20, 2010 - Executive Meeting was held at the Amherst Stadium at 7pm.

July 11, 2010 - Executive Meeting to be held at the Amherst Stadium at 7pm.


GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

The next monthly membership meeting will be held Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Amherst Lion's Club at 7pm.

Note: Guests are welcome.  Memberships will be available for sale at the end of the General Meeting for anyone who would like to purchase a membership.


ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Effective, June 2, 2010

The next Annual Meeting of the association is required to be held on or before June 1, 2011 in accordance with By-Law 7.3. 

Current Status: An AGM date has not been called.
